A great resource to help me win in real estate investing!
I’ve been in real estate for many years at this point and have owned both single-family and multifamily properties from $100k to $20M, and this book is an incredible tool and resource for me! I’ve never seen a book cover Asset Management in such detail or clarity. Easy to read but still packed with useful information to help me win in real estate. I wish this book existed when I first got into the game! Thankfully it does now. Thanks to the authors for putting this out there to give me the edge that I needed.

Love this book!
This was great to read with my 7-year-old Son! It’s one of his first introductions into financial literacy. As a parent, this is something we want to instill in him at a young age and this book really fit into what we were looking for. I highly recommend it.

I especially liked this book because it explored the nuances of wealth and how it can be a blessing and a curse simultaneously. At first, Abby is overwhelmed with the money. I liked how the author explored the characters’ experiences of having sudden wealth, and how it changed their relationships and outlook on life.
I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a thrilling yet meaningful read. It’s certainly not a typical lottery story; the emotional journey that Abby goes through and her exploration of identity and money will have readers captivated. This is a great read and I highly recommend it.
